Please let me know if you are able to make it work like me. Check if the message is : AppleIntelWiFi.kext loaded successfully (or already loaded).sudo chown -R root:wheel AppleIntelWiFi.kext.Find and Change the following lines based on your wifi (line 58, 60).
Open AppleIntelWiFi.kext/Contents/ist with your favorite editor.
Use the attached kext and follow the steps in order to test also on your system and let me know. It seems that is not 100% responsive, the internet is slow most of the times, but this is really promising!! I've been using the wifi for 30 minutes now and i'm able to access the internet. After trying again several of those i found a version(iwlwifi-8265-31.ucode) that it seems that is not causing restarts :) Inside this link there are several version of intel wifi ucodes. After trying several attempts, indeed i was able to connect but after a few seconds the laptop restarts.įollowing that i saw a link posted by xinyang686. At the same time i tried everything in order to load the kext and avoid the restart.Īs i was reading the comments i notice someone saying that you need to specify inside the kext the Wifi name and password. So i've been following the forum for the past few days just to see whether there is something new.
